Phishing: Update Your Bank Details

Here’s a latest scam email with a link that would lead the reader to a phishing site.

Apparently, this was not the only version of the mail. There are other versions with different bank names used in the letter.

Anyway, if you do receive such messages, please ignore it. I doubt any banks would do such a random check on people’s accounts.
